Friday 13th November 2020 at 6.30pm (Immediately following QFNC Inc. AGM) remotely via Zoom

N.B Members need to register for the meeting by RSVP to this message or an email to qcliffcoutas@gmail.com by 9.00 AM on 13th November 2020. You will then be emailed the Zoom link to access the meeting.

2. Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 18 October 2019
3. Presentation & adoption of Financial Reports for 2019/2020.
4. Appointment of Auditor for 2020/2021
5. Election of Office Bearers as follows:

Please note we warmly welcome and encourage junior members to attend the meeting. However, in accordance with QCSC rules only financial members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote at the meeting.
